23. On my GPS it says 'Cannot Unlock Maps'. What is the problem ?
You do not have a valid unlock code in your map file on the GPS.
If you load your card into another person's GPS then you will get this message
and the maps will not be usable, as the maps are unlocked for one GPS only.
If these maps are meant to be unlocked for your GPS then ensure that you have entered your unlock code into
your MapSource software (see 24) and then reload the GPS or memory card (see 26)
24. I have installed OZtopo V2.1 on the PC but in MapSource it says 'Map Detail Locked'

41. MapSource V6.14.1 or later and OZtopo V2.1 or error
message:

If you are running MapSource 6.14.1 or later, or you receive the error
message as above, please download and run
OZtopo_MS_Patch
Instructions:
Install OZtopo V2.1
Upgrade MapSource (either via download or via the
Help option in MapSource)
Do not launch MapSource at this point - you'll get an error
if you do
Download and run
OZtopo_MS_Patch
Restart MapSource
You can confirm that you have installed the patch correctly by looking at the
date of
C:\Program Files\OZtopo Combined 2-1.exe . It should be 11/11/2008 10:48pm
Note MapSource V6.14.1 is VERY slow. This is NOT a result of OZtopo (try viewing
the PC Basemap or City Navigator).
You need a 2GHz+ CPU and 2GB of RAM to make it reasonable.
We recommend upgrading to 6.15.6 which is available from
here
You can use this patch with MapSource V6.13.7 if you decide to go back to this
version.
